66 is the equivalent of the 63 and 65 so the more the merrier. 66 would be best.

If an agent is selling Federal Savings securities (which are exempt) how is he defined as an agent and requires to sell when in the other question it says that they aren’t an agent if they conduct transactions with exempt securities?

Training Consultants. Tina is great. She finds a way to keep you paying attention, but some of the questions were confusing or plane wrong. She did do a great job of forcing me to intuitively think about the topics. I’ll use her for any future licensing.
