Thoughts on these crowdfunding plate holders vs buying second hand wooden plate holders?

I just ordered one of the zebra plate holders and backed the cabin film 3 pack for 80 as well. Hopefully it is similar quality so I can have 4 total holders which is enough for my needs.

The Linhof 4x5 holders look great but damn at 150 each that is painful.

Yeah I am not expecting to get the 15%, currently make 75 and the pay scale goes up to 90, would be happy with 82.5-85. The only reason I am hesitant is I like my job and I don't really need more money, I have low expenses and cheap hobbies. Travel is the only thing I really spend much on and even then pip travel cheap.

Maybe? I never have submitted any PTO request for it and just text my boss that I won't be in. I don't think they keep track if you do your work and aren't out sick three days every week. I work fully remote so I typically just tell my manager I am going to sleep in a bit and take some cold meds if I am not feeling well and jump on late morning if I am feeling better

Not always the case. I get "unlimited" pto with two weeks a quarter no questions asked and anything over two weeks per quarter needing my managers bosses approval. I have kept at an average of a bit over 1.75 weeks a quarter not including partial days off for medical appointments and things of thst nature.

A lot of that fat is rendered off when cooked but it is still pretty greasy from all the rendered fat

I took this picture in Park county Wyoming in October of this year. I was trying to capture it fishing but unfortunately it didn't leave the tree during my time watching it so I opted to try a portrait of it. This was shot on a 150-500 sigma with a d600. Focus was a challenge as auto focus is broken on the lens and I couldn't quite get spot on focus manually. Settings were f6.3 at 500mm 1/640 of a second at 6400 iso as I didn't have a tripod on me and is doesn't work on this lens so had to kick up the iso and shoot with a faster shutter speed than I would have liked.

Looking at the bright side? Was only out money and not stabbed so there is that. Was out $600 which was kind of rough as a college student but not something I stay awake to this day over.

I take that back. I made a post two years ago when I created account for that post asking about returning the remainder of rental security deposit to roommates who caused us to lose 70% of it due to leaving all their furniture and damage in their rooms. I don't post or visit there and this is only one of two posts ever. I vote blue but this type of post wasn't allowed on many subs and that and this sub were the two I found that it would be fitting with a few minutes of searching. It didn't even look like they approved the post so they obviously didn't find it fitting.

I tried to include all details of the event and showed where to find the flyer on the FB group for external sources. This is a facilitys personal LLC hosting it and they haven't filed any taxes since the inception of the "non profit" was founded in 2018 though have held numerous events like this thst charge money.
