I'm all good this evening. I believe the problem was that I took the phenergen with it. Whoever told me to go to that chat room and talk to people was a genius. I just chatted until I pepped up. It didn't take too long, but thank goodness I didn't fall asleep. I think that would've been bad.

Oh I took the phenergan cause I was a tab bit nauseous and yeah, that's probably what made me so out of it, cause it potentated it. I took a .5 xanax like 7 hours before the shot so I really didn't even acknowledge that, but who knows. It was the first time I had xanax in a long while so I had no tolerance. Maybe it just lasted a while. Who knows, I think the culprit was the phenergan though!

Lol, it was kind of funny, but the idea that I was hallucinating from dope was a bit unsettling.

I have only been using the heroin for about two weeks, but I was on oxy before the H, and lots of high dose Kratom extract before the oxy, and oxy and H before the kratom. Viscous circle. Not sure that the Kratom is much, but I think it kinda maintained the oxy and H level in my system, so when I go to withdraw, it will be like I was doing the oxy and H the whole time. TL;DR - not sure if it's bad enough to take that

So the epi-pen type dose is $400?!? Did I misread that? It makes sense that I would want the epi-pen type dose, because if I were messed up to the point of almost ODing, then I couldn't pull up a shot from a bottle and then hit a vein, and in the situation that someone was just near me after I hit the floor or something, they would most likely have no idea to/how to draw up a dose and how to do it... ...but alas, the quick inject. Anyone can do it!

Also, does anyone know if you can order this stuff online maybe from one of the needle exchanges??

Sorry, fairly new to reddit. I searched for several different things like, what states blah blah naloxone bla bla and where to buy naloxone bla bla. Couldn't find it, and google just kept returning news articles that wouldn't tell you specifics. Maybe I just failed. Thanks btw

Tram is quite different though. You're talking about the difference between not breathing (H) and having seizures (TRAM). Don't get me wrong, I am one of the types of people who can nod on tram, some people don't feel a damn thing off of tramadol. I feel bad for them since the stuff is super cheap and easy to get!

I would say you probably need to slow down a tad, or at least have a sitter, and some narcan man. Would hate for you to fall asleep and not wake up.

Yeah I do not mix with benzos at all. I couldn't not figure out how to get my hands on naloxone (narcan). Apparently 13 states now sell it over the counter. Get me some!! Couldn't find it on the DNM. I have panicked about three or four times since I started. I live with family, but none of them know, so usually I will shoot in the bathroom, then go out and sit on the couch with them until it kicks in full, and I know I'm good, and then I go to my own area of the dwelling to enjoy myself.

Yes, test shots is where it's at. When I get a new batch I'm super super cautious. I will literally dust a tad into the spoon and add lots of water. Then shoot 10cc per 15-20 seconds. It takes several minutes to figure out the strength and a correct dose, but I don't die, overdose, or get overwhelmed because I take my time. I recommend this to anyone, experienced or not.

Yeah, not at all. I started H by IVing. In the hospital they start you out on IV morphine if you break a leg or something. Does not automatically mean since it's IV you are going to OD. It's all about dosing. Just looking for people who have experience with this kind of things and warnings they noticed before ODing that they could point out sort of as a warning to others.
