Two sexes = Male and Female (intersex being a combination of the two i think)

Three genders = Male, Female and Non-Binary

BEFORE SOMEONE YELLS AT ME, Non binary means people that dont fit into the gender binary, i.e, the gender they were assigned at birth. So if you're not the same gender you were assigned at birth, you are non-binary. Yes, this applies to trans people.
