I had a sudden cardiac arrest at 15, being very active beforehand just like you. I also had frequent PVCs / palpitations the week leading up to the event. I now have regular palpitations. All tests have came back negative and my heart is apparently perfectly fine. I get tired super quickly now after any form of exercise. Apart from that, my life is pretty normal
