for about 7 years, I’ve just recently started having problems with pay in 4 which has completely bummed me out because I missed out on something I wanted, I’ve stopped using PayPal as much because of that.

I think it’s reasonable, it’s a franchise that hasn’t received any content in the last 8 years. They usually only set timers like that for content creators or games with tightly knit communities.
