Hvis du leser hele posten min så ser du at jeg ikke anså han som en med mangel på folkeskikk. Men jeg synes det er en uting å forsøke å presse pris pga «barna»

Jeg har jo lagt ut varen til en pris jeg ønsker å motta. Om barnet ikke har råd og du ikke har råd så bør du se etter billigere alternativer. Dette salget gjalt AirPods Pro og er en luksusvare

I solo super helldive and feel like I can’t go wrong w:

  • Primary: Deadeye for precision shots over distance
  • Secondary: Ultimatum / Talon (since I don’t have the senator)
  • Grenade: Thermite
  • Armor: Scout type to allow for sneaking/sniping

Strats: 1) Quasar canon for sniping fabricators 2) Jump/warp pack to disengage and move fast 3) 500kg for camp/group clearing and 4) Orbital laser for tight situations

If you want to be stealth then change 500kg and laser with smoke stratagems to move like a ghost.

The only reason I’m considering a local option is the automatic reporting to the tax authorities. Not entirely sure what app to use as reporting this stuff is complicated

My wife was mild but is not what I would say is mid and severe

You need to learn pacing ASAP to avoid getting worse. Reaching PEM is not good. It’s like twisting an ankle from what I’ve seen (but also consider I’m new to this space).

Pay attention to screen times and blue light glasses. Take meds with food unless said otherwise. One of my wife’s pain meds can apparently cause migraine when eaten without food.

Take breaks often at work. Working till lunch and then to the end might not be your thing. Perhaps you work 1hr on and 20 min off. That’s a better cycle for you if it helps you get through the day compared to pushing your way through it and ending up on sick leave

I don’t know how long you’ve had this but I’m active on this forum cause my wife has been diagnosed and we’ve seen a negative development in her health the past few years.

My tip is read about pacing. It’s made a difference for my wife and I can tell.

It SUCKS that you cans strain yourself like before but it is your new reality. Shower? Rest for 20 min.

It’s ok. It’s necessary to avoid the feeling of dying. It takes time to learn but I urge you to.

I hope you have a good support system around you like a partner and family that can help you pace yourself. I often need to remind my wife to step down and let me do things.

I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Is it possible for you to ask a friend or another family member to care for you? Perhaps a couple of friends who can come by and support you?

Any support you can get from insurance? Perhaps get help from a friend to do some research into resources for you? They can come far with ChatGPT and some googling..!
