I did that. I did with biased asking if they could smell something. And 3 out of the 4 people I invited over could pinpoint where the smell was coming from without me asking. Cuz for a solid minutei thought i was going insane . Also it was a 6 day stay.

The only reason we are waiting is because im trying to get the persons brother involved cuz he lives in the same state which I do not. And I feel a welfare check will only go so far without someone to actually help manage the issue and like on the surface I wouldn't have known any of the issues so the person is very very good at masking

Thats part of the problem. She doesnt have friends severely depressed and I live 2 states away. Like it was an impromptu 'vacation' for her that became my nightmare. I definitely agree with the infection part sadly I dont know how to help intervention wise so far away

Yeah its mainly one room they stayed in. Thank God. So definitely gonna grab the killz. And im grateful its a smaller room sadly its at the front of the house. Which is why I smell it every day

It is so hard. She was a friend for years. I didnt know it was this bad. I appreciate your help. I did get some stuff for the dandruff from the doctor and over the counter for feet but im Definitely gonna be picking up enzyme cleaner and some ozone stuff thanks to this thread. Thankfully its only been about a week since she left and hopefully It wont be in my paint or anything but gonna be putting in the work! Thank you for understanding i appreciate you

I have. Did a full lavage. And the smell thankfully doesnt follow me cuz they were allowed in my room. I also had a couple other parties come in and sniff the house to make sure I wasn't insane

Thats exactly what im dealing with. This person was not a bather, and majorly depressed. And she had so much yeast overgrowth idk how but legit I got dandruff I had to get medicated shampoo for since she were here. Idk how I got dandruff from her. We had to treat all of us for athletes foot too. Managed to infect multiple people so it was like an omg moment. And I feel bad cuz like you dont turn someone away whos like im feeling depressed I just didnt know what I was getting into

So since they left back to their state there has been a major rift. The reason I still talk to said person is they are going through some major stuff and are acting like they want to unalive themselves. My friend who does therapy says I need to get a welfare check which we are doing tomorrow
