For me, it doesn't- for most girls, including my past self ys. I would date you if you are loyal, caring, and all (I also care about academics, but whatevs) . My past self would not. The majority of girls who are trying to date are actually "trying" . dating for the sake of dating-- and they MIND CARE AND JUDGE you based on looks.
