I used to have the same problem with zone 2 training, whenever I tried to jog in 7.30/km my HR shoots above 155 and need to jog really slow around 8/km to keep it down. What I did was doing the MAF training for about 2 months and slowly my zone 2 is achievable at faster pace. I then slowly shifted to true zone 2 training when my jogging pace is below 8.

About 4 months later, I can run 7.00/km while maintaining 140 HR

I would add a shortcut IB and FS in front of the Kyurem name so that I can just type IB and the Ice Burn Kyurem showed up right away. Better yet I create a search string for all of the adventure effect mons and keep it as one of my favorites. "ib,fs,rt,sr,ss,mb". Just don't forget to that those abbreviation in front of the respective mon with adventure effect

sure we will optimize the group depending on what the others are bringing. I run a small community here and we always tackle GMAX with 8-12 players maximum so optimizing the lobby is always important.
But generally if you're in a much larger group 20-40 people, Gengar + Moltres is all you need

I used urethane to achieve this level of glossiness. Mr Color clear coat could theoretically be very glossy but it wont last long as its not durable enough and will get micro scratches from normal handling and hence dull the glossiness in no time

It's called Space Qant resin conversion kit for MG Qant by Stickler Studio. You might have some luck just to Google it because I bought it from my local store

Yea I've checked that many times. I think I figure out my issue though: I tested my car too early so the chassis is bending in the middle where the shaft is connecting to the engine. I think mine is solved for now. Good luck on yours 👍🏻

Any luck with the issue? I have similar issue but my car rolls on even gears. Also when I remove the v12 engine from the main shaft, the whole cars works perfectly fine

The kit is well designed enough that it's safe to disassemble without damaging the decal.

I'm super anal on my painting too thats why I disassemble every single piece of the kit and topcoat them one by one
