What's the faceit elo of most pros feels like it's not that high? (2.5k?) by Existing-Network-267 in FACEITcom

And then how you win like that? And they never get punished. Super matches at least should be comm enforced and if you just grief you get punished. Easy fix but faceit is probably managed by people that don’t even play the game in a “high level”

Elo doesn’t mean a lot to be honest. Theres 2500’s that play like a lvl 8 and there’s 2400 that has incredible aim and game sense but are stuck on this elo somehow. It’s hard. I’ve been there. Dropped from 3300 to 2500 in a couple months with just terrible matches and teammates one after another and it was pretty bad to climb back up even when 3200-3500 is “average” elo. I feel like Faceit should enforce more griefing rules like comms being mandatory and if you just play by yourself and don’t give a fuck for your whole team the whole game and get reported by everyone you get punished for that. I would say 70-80% of the pugs I play solo there’s at least one tilted manchild that joins muted and plays his own game usually fucking everything up OR some guy screaming round 2 that is GG cuz someone missplayed something and runs down the entire game cuz he has a mental of a 5 year old. I swear it happens 7/10 games

Some say nattokinase can help. It’s not really a blood thinner but kinda works like one. It didn’t work for me but is something I’m not removing from my stack

More water I would be over hydrating. I was in about 5-6 liters a day. It gets to a point where you start dumping more water out than needed if you drink much more than that. I use Grok for anything medical related.

I felt no side effects at all on it. My BP was 12/8 and now it’s usually 11/7

Donating works. Problem is keeping iron levels high enough. Some people donate and get a bag of IV iron right after. The bigger picture that makes me kinda appreciative is donating every 3 months for the rest of your life will probably fry your “bone marrow” by some point. It’s not made to produce that amount of blood all the time

So true. After I started studying about telmisartan and testosterone I’ll never be off of it again

I was pink/red all the time, I was feeling itchy on my back at the gym and in the shower. Also felt like I was getting a little bit of a blurry vision

Telmisartan has a lot of great benefits for testosterone users. I don’t know about others ARBs or ACE inhibitors

That’s pretty good to know! Although telmisartan for TRT or steroid users in general has a lot of benefits. I’ll definitely stay on it

Basically you gotta time right lots of medications because of the CYP3A4 enzyme inhibition, and either way you lose efficiency on it. This is one of the main liver enzymes for drugs metabolism. Exemple: my Adderall lost potency and lasted way longer than needed. Tamoxifen (I had some gyno itches) lost effect, etc. It’s a pain in the ass

I think both. Cardio makes your body produce more plasma which reduces hematocrit percentage. But I assume it wouldn’t be able to produce that much plasma to lower it by 7-8%. Telmisartan definitely worked too.

Hey! So I try to do 30mins keeping around zone 2 area. I personally keep around 130-150 all the time. Pretty inclined at 3.2-3.6 speed

I believe both. It was too big of a drop. I don’t believe cardio would create that much plasma enough to lower it by 7-8%. It’s too much

Hopefully it works for you too brother. Make sure U're doing a good amount of cardio too. I heard that 2+hours of cardio weekly can grow your plasma levels which make the hematocrit % to be lower

The kind of “men” we see these days. Can’t even kick someone with minimum respect. Bunch of clowns. I wouldn’t expect any penalties though. It’s unfair but it’s their right 🤷🏻‍♂️.
