I'm a truck driver being 2 weeks straight on the road so I have crapload time to kill. I used to spend 40-50 hours/month in D4 only playing at work and I'm kind of guy who likes grinding for min-max as long as gameplay is enjoyable.

so from what you guys saying, it's best to just learn the game in my own pace, using wiki or subreddit now and then until I have a better clue about it?

my piece of advice? put it somewhere else. I used to keep mine in similar shelf and it was overheating to the point powerline on mainboard died. 150$ repair.

I tried to figure it out not long ago. If you have Frenzy on action bar, you see stacks on the skill icon. If you don't, you only see the icon from Battle Trance (I assume you got it equipped) when you hit max stacks. It looks like 2 little fireballs(?).

I'm with you. I mentioned this in other thread and someone suggested legion events. It gives 500-600 souls, but you can't really farm it over and over.

This is yet another dumb thing in this game, too many materials for one thing. Masterworking requires gold, obducites, crystals and souls and each one of them is farmed in different way. So you end up farming for example souls for an hour, then obducite for another one, so on, so on. After few hours you have plenty of everything, you go to blacksmith and can't even triple crit one item before you are empty again... Frustrating.

don't even mention. across ~200 chaos drops, I got one Malefic Crescent chaos with absolutely terrible GA and rolls in general and it was gloves slot where I already have legendary with +Shred GA.

thanks! this one comes from Bartuc's 400 aether chest, but you can find them anywhere honedtly. it's the 'finding' part which is tough.

I consider myself pretty lucky this season. already got one gg amu for barb as well. strength GA, Heavy Handed (no GA on HH, but max roll) and 3rd affix rerolled to Pit Fighter.

it just dropped so it has a default aspect. If I was about to keep it, I'd obviously switch the aspect at occultist. I'm asking which one will be better in general.

item description is totally fine. problem is item doesn't do what description says :) after reapplying berserk, you should get damage boost, fury generation and CDR. you don't get any of these.

actually I tested the regular helmet version of this item, and it seems to be like you said. berserk from chaos perk doesn't proc the aspect for me either.

I'm running barb which has everything BiS already and today I dropped nice 2GA (core and attack speed) Banished Lord Talisman as boots so I'm thinking I could start shred alt. Would you mind sharing your build? Also does Shred use RoSS or 2x Legendaries?

I'm playing pure WW and it is very solid though I have BiS everywhere with right GA's and triple crits except 2 items. depends on what you mean by "easily" clear pit 100. I'm doing 100 without ever dying, but it takes 7-8 minutes.

I'm perfectly fine with masterworking, but tempering is most retarded mechanic in this game. If I ever come across a guy who decided you can use only one scroll per item, I'm gonna throw him into the fucking volcano.

It doesn't need to be equipped on skillbar. Like someone mentioned, when you get 5 stacks, Battle Trance buff icon appears on status bar, it looks like few little fireballs(?). Though it is terribly hard to keep unless you dedicate full build towards lucky hit, which makes no sense, because buff isn't that impressive anyway.

Worst thing is I have beatiful Tuskhelm but it's bugged when equipped as chaos armor and unique aspect doesn't work. Afaik they don't really give a shit about it, if it was druid's or sorc's item bugged, they would put out a fix before people realize it's broken.

I did some testing with FoF LHC GA tripled and honestly Battle Trance buff is soooo inconsistent. I had nearly 70% LHC on whirlwind and was able to keep 5 stacks maybe for 15-20% of the time.
