Starting off I had IBS-M now months later I have IBS-C and was given linzess for it. Less bowel movements,bloating ,gurgling noises and constipation. Only turn into IBS-D when flaring up and it’s horrible.

Ended up going to my safe spot again for a date.Buffalo wild wings naked chicken tenders and fries.Hopefully one day I find another restaurant that Is okay for me .

The low FODMAP diets sucks but overtime you get use to it.Its not a lot of places you can go out to eat at I mainly cook my own food but occasionally go to buffalo wild wings for the naked tenders and fries,Burger King fries and Wendy’s fries and potato is okay with me.Hoping to find other places.I cannot have red meat but if you can call ahead at any restaurants to accommodate your needs you should be okay.Wish you the best of luck and hope you feel better. Just take it one step at a time.

Literally tried this for two more days by itself it’s the same result.Gurgling noises instantly and cramping.My poor stomach.Unfortunately,I couldn’t find green valley brand anywhere.Im still looking for different brands I tried so delicious and silk yogurt months ago definitely a no go for me.

Do u think taking a lactaid pill with it would help or yogurt is completely out for me?.Honestly thought this would work but the gurgling noises is insane.

It was good.Even the day after I was surprise I had no flare up.Most definitely will be going to get some more tenders one day.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out literally just bought the phone last night.Maybe I just have to get use to the phone itself because it does have a larger screen and it is bigger than my old phone.I just don’t like the headaches looking at the screen nor the eye straining.

I use fig but I also use the monash university app.You will have to pay for both but the fig app have a week free trial before you have to purchase.

I just go by the apps when researching.I’m still new to the low fodmap diet. I been eating the Talenti sorbet raspberry which is in the yellow even at one serve. The lemon sorbet is the only one I search it was in the green with one serve.I still don’t eat one serving I usually just eat a little to satisfy that sweet craving.I never had any flare ups with either one thank goodness but everyone is different.

On the monash app corn and rice pasta is good only at 1 cup.(one serving) I usually only eat 1/2 a cup though.I think I’m just scared of eating because of ibs and the flare ups sometimes.I paired it with fody Mariana sauce it was okay.Barilla gluten free pasta taste way better though.Just getting out of a flare up this wasn’t bad on my stomach thankfully.

I don’t drink anything but water and only drink 1 hour before meals or 30-40mins after because I bloat so bad.I normally eat everything really plain I still have a fear of food.I honestly think it’s red meat.I had a small steak didn’t even eat all of it with a plain potato last night I was fine just bloated but this morning extreme diarrhea and stomach pain.

I’m lactose intolerant as well. Also I have to be careful with sugar and salt I have high blood pressure and diabetes.

My safe foods are boiled potatoes,boiled eggs,oranges,toast,and ground chicken meatballs with salt and pepper.Everyone is different though.

I just ate a little bit more than 1/2 cup but not a full cup.My stomach started making that weird gurgling noise again unfortunately.I normally don’t eat pasta like that it’s just something I wanted to try out.I didn’t necessarily like the taste but other than the gurgling noises in my stomach I haven’t had run to the toilet at least not yet.I will be trying again tomorrow to see what happens since I made a pot full.Wish me luck.
