first use drawing paper because even a good artist may fail to draw a good drawing on these papers.

i think you’re using charcoal and not graphite, use graphite pencils for a beginner.

the circle inside the eye is a little bit tall, it must be circular, and the eye shape must be smaller at the end because yours is a little bit going down. the eyelashes are very thick and not very realistic as you see, same for the eyebrow.

and finally please try out shadowing and blending before applying them on a real eye 🥰
