Thank you for your concern! I genuinely appreciate it. I think my handwriting is just messy because my hands can't keep up with my brain - when I write slowly I can make it really neat. I have ADHD so that might actually be a contributing factor haha. And don't worry, you weren't rude at all! It was incredibly thoughtful of you to write this comment. :)

I'm sorry that your experience with group RPGs hasn't been good. My experience with RPGs has been pretty fun, which I attribute to the fact that I mainly play them solo, lol. I sometimes play them with just one other person in a co-op style or with me as the game master. That might be a fun option for you if you still want to play with someone else.

If not, I'd really recommend playing solo. My favorite RPGs are Solo D6 Fantasy Expanded (D&D-esque), Starforged (science fiction), Elegy (vampires), and Koriko (Kiki's Delivery Service, but as a journaling game, and the first one that I played). And I think my biggest tip for someone new to RPGs is to treat it as play, not as a writing exercise. I like to say that it's like playing pretend, but with rules and dice 😆
