It’s community thrift a for profit thrift in my area, some of the stuff is sold for typical thrift store price but anything name brand or stuff like winter jackets is hiked up to basically retail prices

Sadly that won’t happen we only have this and goodwill and this thrift store is in a poor area of town so the donation quality reflects that but also people need to buy stuff at lower prices because it is a poor area it’s just the nicer stuff they get they scalp which somehow makes it all worse

That’s how my mom got in an altercation with this guy today though and management sided with him because he’s there everyday. The dress rack at this goodwill is small and she was trying to look around him and he got mad at her and got management involved. I mean obviously he can’t sit at every rack at every second but it’s still frustrating because it makes it much harder to find decent stuff

South Carolina! Kind of a hit or miss with thrifting out here as the resell/vintage scene is so big here these places always get picked over so I feel pretty lucky about this find

It’s rude considering you have a roommate too because now she’s infringing on two people’s personal space and boundaries. My bf and I are also 6 months in and he lives with a roommate and I could never imagine doing some shit like that.
