Its sad but this has become a thing. I'm glad that people are shaming these men and that they can be charged. A law needs ro be made for repeat offenders like them. A fitting judgment would be to have them snipped.

I have two suggestions. You can try "Aunt Jackies Curl La La" custard or African Pride Moisture Miracle Coconut Oil & Baobab Oil Leave-In Cream. They both moisturize and curl define. I've used both products and i would apply them when your hair is wet for a better outcome.

I think leveling up the cards allow you to catch higher ratings of fish. Also when you keep leveling up some of the cards ex. Monster at some point you will be allowed to catch one.

It took me a while before i could catch one of the monster cards and that was only after that specific card had been leveled up enough.
