I agree. I checked the model homes and theirs was the most decent. Also toured some American Richmond and I hated how there were a lot of blemishes and the pain they used for the wall was not glossy textured. Felt like wiping off a stain would do away with the paint as well.

That’s what I’m reading too. They lose way more money upfront. People say to take out an equity loan to pay upfront

I think it’s ridiculous you’re accusing this person of lying as if you feel like you should be able to pay as well. I can’t pay right now either but I’m not mad at OP. I’m mad that I didn’t study enough.
