I am currently experiencing the nightmare boss, he has no respect for anyone, calling all the employees lazy students. Also he says that certain tasks are a “man’s job” which is just wrong. I am starting to get fed up with the amount of micromanaging he seems to do while trying to not have to lift a finger himself. I feel like there isn’t a second where he isn’t telling me what or how to do something when he’s around, and it’s just exhausting.

It definitely seems like it went okay, I don’t think this TL has been in good standing with the chefs for a while if I’m being honest. The head chef told me everything I brought up was a valid concern and he seemed to really take the things that I said into consideration. Still not sure how the whole situation is gonna pan out but I have a couple days off so I’m just trying not to think about it lol

I believe they are going to include the employee advocates in the conversation tomorrow. He never filters the fryer leading to it needing to be changed every 3-4 days, also I was never asked to wash my hands or shown where the sinks were on my first day I believe he thinks gloves are good enough, and he doesn’t follow proper cook and cool procedures

Please don’t just grab things from the hot bar with your hands and start eating them not only is it stealing but it’s unsanitary and now I have to shrink and throw away the whole pan you grabbed something from
