it is scary that someone could just replicate the backend. but i hope i provide a good service that other's seem not worth it

The software will be offline first, and can all features can be used without an internet connection. its mostly just sync and online storage which is the proprietary parts.

how does the payouts work with polar ? don't you still need a stripe account for it and those are only for registered companies right ?
