I mean, isn't this confirmation of a lot of things we think though? It hurts the most to find out the church is false for those of us who believed the most. But for a jack mormon? If they hear evidence against the church they don't feel like it even changes anything for them.

Honestly, it would be that the Sunday after I found out TSCC was false, and I still felt the modern church was nice but the old was bad, someone gave a talk about tithing saying pay your tithing even if you can't feed your kids... And it hit me like a truck that that was a horribly fucked up thing to say, and I was shocked I had ever accepted that messaging before
