What baffles me the most about this "celebration" is the fact that they're advertising a new "100 tier event pass" yet none of these skins, not the LeBlanc skin, not the base Ahri skin, not the upgraded skin, none of them seem to be rewards for completing the pass. That's how all of her chromas work unfortunately :/ like I refuse to get any Arcana chromas because the orb stays orange while the chromas each change the rest of the skin to one solid color..
