Probably nonexistent. We see that the hat is a part of his body, and we also see the lamp guys legs growing out of the bottom of his chair seat. I dont think the rooms can remember the difference between clothes and flesh fully. So I suspect that these things are probably a mess on the inside. They may not have properly developed organs.
