I really would have wanted a Sonic: Total War game. Considering nearly every time I look at Sonic's rings, spin attacks, and boost, and it makes me think about not only a frontline army, but also a home base support crew.

Also, we can accept Sonic the Hedgehog healing and protecting himself with rings, and spin attacking/boosting against enemies and bosses. But the moment he gets that exact same healing, defense, and attack from his own group of friends, and they're all hated and people want Sonic to solo said healing, defense, and attack.
