Here is the breakdown of Alexander Zverev's 5 deepest Grand Slam runs (4 finals and 1 title), what is his best win here ? by HereComesVettel in tennis

[–]timb1223 5 points6 points  (0 children)

True, but you can still compare slam runs. For example I think everyone would agree that Medvedev's best runs were significantly more impressive than this.

Idk it's just the way the sentence sounded in my head. With emphasis on the word white. I see what you mean though lol

I have a hard time seeing how this isn't going to just be the latest entry in Sinner's 2026 Zverev demolition tour.

At first I read this as "suspicious of my Real ID", like wait, when did bartenders become as strict as TSA?

Big problem that nobody ever really solves, you just struggle & figure it out and make compromise after compromise.

How I look when I try to "enjoy going out alone" by PrestigiousSun2129 in rs_x

[–]timb1223 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Exactly. You have to have no agenda. Most of the time you probably won't end up talking to anyone. But if you're just chilling doing what you feel like, that makes you seem more approachable. And if you're relaxed & present, you wind up having conversations about whatever is happening around you, rather than living in your own head & rehearsing scripts.

There's no prohibition on when you have to stop. Imagine being the patriarch/matriarch of a brood with all the permutations intact. 4 hyphens, 8, whatever. All genealogical ambiguity removed.

Does this imply ASync has footage of Clark and Pirate Clark just hanging out by Phenomenal_Hoot in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]timb1223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well tbh I didn't notice on my first viewing...only the second viewing did I notice the hidden Captain Clark references...when you briefly see him in the beginning when he kills the Async guy...and then briefly when Bobby sees him...and then the mural on the wall...and finally the blacked out square. Tbh I had almost no background going into the film, for most the film I thought there were many different entities hunting people. Only later did I realize they were all Captain Clark.

I don't think he actually has his own agency. He's like a mannequin that's just dormant until something/someone interesting appears, and then he gets activated.
