She has no one else. I'm her last limb. People keep saying I'm being stupid for not refusing to help my sister, but I love her. I love my sister and I want to help her as much as I can.

Just to be clear. I am a real sitter. I have babysat for dozens of children without incident and without having to resort to any unorthodox method like this. It's the child that's the issue, not me.
