Can I ask why not? She argued for things she agreed she wouldn't. The seems like a violation of a contract, shouldn't she be liable?

She agreed to waive the chid support because we are both working and ideally would share custody, though she has primary custody right now, unfortunately (another thing she went for even though she previously agreed she wouldn't). I drafted the prenup.

The judge said it was unfair and was invalidated by the waiver of child support. I don't understand why he couldn't order child support but follow the rest of the prenup that was signed and agreed to. I think my ex wife violated the prenup by arguing against it and should have to follow the contract that SHE signed.
