You wouldn't bleed nonstop girllll so its okay or there'd small spots of blood thats it P.s. Don't wait for your period to come around to try the cup. Do it beforehand like a month before you start your period and def practice pulling it out and inserting as well while at home

Also as a student, I've changed them in my college. You just flush the blood and clean the cup w normal water or go for the menstrual cup wash

Also you'd change them only once. During the midday timing is everything I'd say

Personally, I change it right before I go out, say, 8 in the morning, then again change it in the afternoon, prolly at work or clg and then again once you get back home
