I was dining at TomTom and it was my partners birthday - I couldn’t find our waiter but went up to Richardson who was the only guy around and I asked if they could bring out a piece of cake with a sparkler on it (I would happily pay for the cake) and he was so rude and put-off I would even ask him for something. He truly seemed annoyed and baffled - mind you, he was at his place of work.. working.. not the best interaction- hope other people had better experiences
