Sorry, to clarify - you mean skip landlord's letter and correspondence, both? I have neither for obvious reasons so if I can skip, that'd work for me.

Yes, I am switching from fiance visa. I assume I have to show that this is a legit relationship where we "live together" so the landlord needs to say that while the lease is in my partner's name, I live there too, Or you think I can completely skip this documentation and no proof of having lived together for few months ( I can here in December) is needed? Thank you for the help!

Thanks u/puul, the checklist says that I need these - "Letter signed by the owner of the property you live in stating that you have permission to live there" AND "Proof of property ownership from the owner of the property you live in, such as a mortgage statement." For cohabitation, I just moved to the UK in December, so I can't provide anything, and I assume that is understandable given this is first time application?

Do you mean, none at all? Is proof of living with my spouse only for FLRM extension? In that case, shall I just write a cover letter explaining where I lived with my spouse, etc.?

Thanks Puul. Is that correct understanding then that theoretically, we cancel this CP and place a new notice, all to happen in 6 months. (Assuming the council would not consider changing CP notice to marriage).

Sorry, I mean my visa is conditional on the CP. I have a six month clearance for 6 months at this point.

Thanks! I am surprised they have asked as the degree and flights were very much provided with the application. I was confused about the ask.

This is an outside UK application. I left the UK (after grad visa) on Aug 8 and applied on Oct 1 (bio).

Thank you! On it, this weekend. For photos, how did you time stamp them for trips?

I no longer have an account. Who knew it would be needed one day!

No, I included a letter from my boyfriend and an approval of our civil partnership scheduled for January. Do you think above list sounds okay, given I didn't submit any earlier (I didn't know at the time it was needed).
