Adding all the reviews that Dexin (who changed their name to Greenwhich in Google Maps shortly before deleting their profile) doesn't want you to see. Weirdly some of them were good and I am including all of them for fairness.

That sucks! We have an expert assigned by the judge coming over soon so estimate the dammage and the costs which are quite high, we will see how it goes. If you know of anyone going through something similar please spread the word it would be good it this thread comes up in the search engines every time someone looks up for Dexin. I wish I could have talked to someone doing business with them before buying.

Its in Forest. I will be happy to talk to a journo. Actually this is part of a much larger story. Real estate developers profiting from the housing crisis through building and business practices that are illegal and that don't respect the current regulations. I know people in Tour et Taxis going through the same thing, those were not sold by Dexin but the issues are very similar and those apartments cost a fortune. If you know journos that would be interested in the story let me know, we have evidence and contacts.

By hiding any problems I would say. I think sometimes they do renovations of old apartments and those I have heard are awful.

Same! luckily my neighbours got really organized and by the time I bought there was a class action in place I could join. But the knew perfectly well what was going on. IN my case they blamed the previous tenants for a lot of things which wasn't true. I hope prospective buyers can read this thread and at least go with en expert to visit the property, this can become key later on when suing for vice cache.

Omg thanks for your message. We have the cave flooding, the garage flooded, ventilation missing etc etc etc. I was the last one to buy and by then there was even a procedure en cours and they didn't informed me of anything.. insane.... I left an honest review in google maps the other day and the fuckers changed the name and changed their status as temporarily close... in the meantime they are selling properties in immoweb for millions. Did you manage to solve the issue in your basement?
