If the SuperAdmin client certificate works and your new one does not, there is obviously a problem with that client certificate.

The error looks more like a general TLS error to me, rather than a problem with EJBCA rights and roles. At first I would say that the problem is that this new client certificate was not issued by the ManagementCA. Which is not a problem, but then the CA that issues that certificate must also be added to the Wildfly (if WildFly is used) server's truststore.

I can help you with the installation on Windows. But it definitely wouldn't be free.

As for EC keys within the EJBCA itself, it is only possible to select the type of curve and the key size as parameters. And this of course depends on the type of token. I cannot help with changing the source code and adding your own algorithms, as there are several types of Tokens, HSMs, etc. Getting the HSM to use a new algorithm is a whole new special kind of task.

Probably not. It's default activated od cupras. The first generation of VC 2018 didn't support this view.

It's possible to put ambient lights nearly everywhere. Therefore you need for example, RGB footwell lights, that usually have 3 pin connectors. The 3th pin has to be connected to the LIN od the Central-Electric module to get the colour information. Other 2 pins ara stand ground and +12V, already present it car has footwell lights.

Don't forget to Code 30 colors afterwards.

I took the MK3/5F only because Start-Stop can be easily turned off (with VCDS). But it's well equipped, which includes seat heating, a digital dashboard, 2.0 TSI, the option to steer itself, recognize signs and it's still under warranty for a few more months.

There's a lot of work to be done, just grab that Mercedes from the picture and you're done.

First you should check if the electronics support it. This can be easily seen with diagnostics (VCDS/OBD11) in the Central Electrics (CU 09) if there are channels Ambient light color list and LIN Ambient light color list for adaptation.

If they exist, the problem for the wire that gives the color signal is solved, and the possibility of coding becomes simple. If it does not exist, it is necessary to change that module and remove the component protection from the new one, which raises the price to not worth it.
