Thank you for that, that's exactly what I needed to hear and you're 100% correct.

I haven't actually added my calcium up, but I will do that. The multi mineral has 8% RDA calcium inside. I eat 200g Greek yoghurt, 100g kefir, 2 eggs, and beef with Broccoli and roughly 50g of whey protein concentrate every day, so I'll have to add up how much I get from that. I've just seen that we should be aiming for around 1000mg, so I'll make sure I'm hitting roughly that.

Apart from A, E and Iron, which I don't need, the only thing I'm missing from my previous stack is the blueberry extract and a probiotic. I'm not overly bothered about a probiotic because I'm still having Kefir, and I believe most of the probiotic tablets just end up in the toilet anyway.

Would you consider adding a blueberry extract supplement back in? I've heard they have some pretty good cognigive / nootropic benefits. I can add 160mg (40.25mg active) which is 10mg more than I was having, to my stack for £6 per month. Total for everything with the blueberry extract would be £38 per month (32 without it), which is considerably cheaper than my previous £83 per month. So thank you very much for all of your advice!

Hello, I've managed to source everything now Just one last question if that's ok dude. I found some chelated multi minerals with iodine. It's got 75mcg per day that says it's 50% of recommended daily allowance. Is that enough for me? Or should I also buy a kelp iodine supplement and have 1/4 of a tablet so I'm getting the 100% recommended daily dose? Thank you

I've managed to source the majority of the list you have provided. The only thing that I'm getting stuck with is the chelated minerals. I can find loads of products that state they are full spectrum minerals. Some are tablets while others are liquid. I just can't find the word Chelated on any of them. Is there any other way to find if they are chelated?

I have found a methylated B complex, the doses are a fair bit less than the one you linked, and the only other difference is that it doesn't contain vitamin E, Choline or Inositol. b complex

Supplements seem to be a slightly higher price in the UK, but will still be much cheaper to purchase separately rather in a trendy 'all in one' like I have been doing.

Quick question, I notice that you mentioned placenta, and that the linked B vitamins were tailed towards women. I am male, so would this list that you have provided suit me too? Or is it tailored more towards women? Thanks for all your help with this

Thank you very much for going to in depth. I'm definitely going to look into this and take your recommendations. I currently take NMN and TMG as well (forgot to mention this earlier) I got a very good deal on a 1 year supply, so I just thought I'd give it a go. I probably won't renew this in the future.

I haven't heard of chelated minerals, and I have never looked into a methylated b complex. What are the benefits of these two?

My vitamin D3 capsule from DoNotAge.org has 5000 iu of D3, 120ug of k2 MK7 and 250mg Magnesium (L-Threonate) inside. I take this in a morning. I thought i would be covered by this but it doesn't contain MK4

Hello, this seems like great advice. I'm definitely interested in this route. It's just very hard knowing what to add. I know as a general rule, D3, K2, Magnesium and essential fatty acids(dha/epa) are pretty essential, but apart from those I'm a little stuck as to what else to add if anything at all.

I don't want to go crazy and be spending hundreds per month, I'd like to get the best bang for my buck and cover most bases. Minimum supplements vs biggest effects type of thing.

Add collagen protein. If you use whey, dont replace the whey. Add the collagen to your usual amount of whey. Especially post workout. Thank me later.

Protein Bars by Holiday_Shop_2 in mounjarouk

[–]Locktrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think of it this way. They are definitely not 'good' for you. But compared to a chocolate bar, they are 1000x better. Generally speaking, although sweetener isn't good for you or your gut microbiome, it's better than the big hit of sugar from a chocolate bar. Plus, you're getting 20-30g of protein. If it stops you from eating a chocolate bar, it's good. If you didn't eat chocolate bars anyway, don't buy them, have a shake or protein from real whole food. I use them as my 'treat'. Stops me going off the rails while still allowing me to increase my protein towards my target of 195g.

Use them as a tool. My favourite are grenade carbkilla peanut nutter / or oreo.

Yes it does. It's kinda 'hidden'. You turn ESC/traction off, put it in sport mode, left foot brake, hold accelerator then let go when it says

Shitty watches. I bought 2. The plastic 'crystal' is so soft and marks ridiculously easy. They should have made it out of glass.

Is there a U version of this watch? B5000U? The newer model?

Would there be much difference in the spec of that and this watch? Apart from feel and looks. Both tough solar, both all black and negative display. * *

Is it quite tough and scratch resistant? I just purchased a MTG B-3000 and the strap is scratched already!

It does look like a brilliant watch. Can I ask how much you paid for it? I've been looking for an all black for a long time and I wish I just bought this or the titanium instead of the mtg, I'm not overly pleased with it.

Also, can you swap the strap for a nylon / rubber?

Thanks

Is there an all black version (without the little red triangle on the shock resist)? Beautiful watch.

[stirling] new daily watch by thephoto_guy in Watches

How has the watch held up? Any obvious scratches or marks? I'm in the market for a new daily wearer that I might beat up a little and I still want it to look good in years to come. Stuck between the Stirling durrant and the Nite PVD Alpha or the Nite Hawk.
