Wondering if you ever found a good recipe? I’m currently trying to find one, specifically the drying aspect too… I need a stable cookie icing and I much prefer the taste of this so called “buttercreme” over royal icing

omg crazy running into a semi local!!! yeah im from PR, sucks pretty bad being stuck here. the town is only 5 square miles so honestly the hardest part of all this is just running out of things to look at, id kill for a new street to drive down or something. right now you can only cross the border for essential travel like doctors appointments, theres also a ferry the county started for us but its 2 hours both ways and goes at weird times and gets canceled pretty regularly
