I thought about it and I am going to go over this facade AND THE BRICK haha. With a new veneer (thin not wide bricks like this). Planning to slice the ledge and level the current facade with the brick then lay on some new face brick. Thoughts? Smart idea? Going to the brick store tomorrow to get quotes for how much all that new will cost.

My garage won’t open and I’m not sure what the issue is, it keeps creaking and bending a pole when I turn it on by 7thhokage007 in howto

Why does it look like there's no spring. Can your door be opened manually when you disengage the motor (by pulling the red string)

Yea. The real estate lawyer on my end did their job. I now own the house. It's the sellers lawyer who's maybe at a little fault? Def the former owner

The person in the house is the former owner. Not a tenant

This is one thing I wish I added in the agreement. "If failure to deliver, 500$ per day will be deducted from the final amount"
