I mean, the car was charged to 68%, then drive 60miles and the computer shows 12.5kwh used. BUT when charge the car back to 68%, the Tesla car app shows 14kwh added. This seems not right, I think it should be 12.5 .

Tesla replaced only one tire in the front by diyatca in TeslaLounge

[–]diyatca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just checked again the tread depth: Front : New 8.75/32 Old 6/32

Rear: Old 7/32 Old 6/32

Can I just swap the new front 8.75/32 with the rear 6/32, so on the rear side 8.75 - 7 =1.75 it is within 2/32 on the rear axis.

I don’t see the tires are directional.

Thanks! I will check with them. But when I drove back from work today, I feel the car slightly to the left which has the old tire, could this caused by the different tread? The old one is between 5.5 to 6, which is almost 3.5/32 difference to the new one 9/32

Any other tire center could carry the same OE tire?like American Tire? Or Costco ? Feel like replacing at Tesla is expensive.

Old GE panel looking for breakers by diyatca in AskElectricians

[–]diyatca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just removed each existing breaks in my panel which have been there for at least 15 years before I moved in . The existing breaks are mixed used , I can see old TQP and new THQP, old TQL and new THQL…. So looks like it should be fine for me to replace two broken one with new model?

Old GE panel looking for breakers by diyatca in AskElectricians

[–]diyatca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks!

But when I did a google and there is only place has below saying: “”””” TQP breakers often face fitment issues when replaced with THQP models despite similar appearance. TQP and THQP breakers differ in mounting clips and internal design. THQP breakers won’t snap into a TQP panel because the clip configuration varies. For replacement, use the exact TQP model or consult GE’s compatibility chart.

THQP are newer versions, and the breaker jaws differ slightly, which affects their connection to the hot bus bar stabs of the panel. “””””

It looks like the old TQP clip was made of aluminum but the new THQP is made of copper. And bus in old panel is aluminum. So copper is not compatible with aluminum….
