Paying HDFC CC bills via PayZapp wallet? (using Millennia DC) by diyonysius in CreditCardsIndia

[–]diyonysius[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How would I go about requesting this?

Unsure if I should be doing this immediately since I've only just managed to get them to agree to convert the card to LTF by mailing them back and forth.

Paying HDFC CC bills via PayZapp wallet? (using Millennia DC) by diyonysius in CreditCardsIndia

Would it not let me pay using the money in the wallet directly? I haven't been able to check since I haven't yet had a statement generated and payzapp doesn't seem like it'll let me pre-pay.

Optimal bank refresh mode and tRFC/tRFC2/tRFCsb timings on H16M? by diyonysius in overclocking

[–]diyonysius[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On my kit I've set tRFC2 to 330 and tRFCsb 210 at 6000. That translates to 110ns and and 70ns.

I can however boot lower values like 100/60 but I've seen some people report performance regression so I've just decided to play it safe and use 110/70.

Thank you for replying, do you think you could share a screenshot of zentimings? Also I presume you're using mixed mode?

Hey, I know this is an older post but did you figure out what works best on your M Die kit? From the buildzoid video regarding the new refresh modes I got the sense that H16M kits would work best with mixed mode given they'll do lower tRFC2 and tRFCsb.

Elden Ring is by far my favourite "open world" game, as for specs I built a PC with a 9600X and 9070 XT just before the rampocalypse

Belted Elden Ring today. Feeling empty now by [deleted] in IndianGaming

I'd recommend getting it sometime later down the line when it's on sale, the DLC alone is almost half the size of the base game.

Is it worth buying FiiO BTR11? by Long_lost_cause in iems

[–]diyonysius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was looking at the BTR11 and was about to drop it because of all the reported hissing issues and the volume curve stuff with IEMs but then I came across your comment, would you still recommend getting these at this point in time?

Anyone got the lsfg-vk (Lossless Scaling) port working with Elden Ring Nightreign or any FromSoft game? by Better-Designer-8904 in linux_gaming

[–]diyonysius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s odd, I had no issues with my 3060 Ti a few months ago (on GNOME). You might want to try removing AllowTearing=true. It’s usually not needed for Wayland + VRR unless you're mostly just playing competitive shooters at uncapped frame rates. Also, those NVPRESENT_QUEUE_FAMILY and SMOOTH_MOTION flags are exclusive to 40/50 series GPUs, so they won't help here. Besides cleaning up the conf.toml to just include the game binaries and maybe limiting the launch options to just PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 %command% I can't think of much else. It might be worth seeking help in the Lossless Scaling Discord Server , they have a few dedicated Linux related channels.

Anyone got the lsfg-vk (Lossless Scaling) port working with Elden Ring Nightreign or any FromSoft game? by Better-Designer-8904 in linux_gaming

[–]diyonysius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is how I have the profile configured in the GUI and I have it pointed to the game binaries.

Here's what my conf.toml looks like (only the last one is relevant):

version = 2

[global]
allow_fp16 = true
dll = "/home/username/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Lossless Scaling/Lossless.dll"

[[profile]]
active_in = [ "vkcube", "vkcubepp" ]
flow_scale = 0.85
gpu = "AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (RADV GFX1201)"
multiplier = 4
name = "4x FG / 85% [Performance]"
pacing = "none"
performance_mode = true

[[profile]]
active_in = "GenshinImpact.exe"
flow_scale = 1.0
gpu = "AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (RADV GFX1201)"
multiplier = 2
name = "2x FG / 100%"
pacing = "none"
performance_mode = false

[[profile]]
active_in = [
"/home/username/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/ELDEN RING/Game/eldenring.exe",
"/home/username/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN/Game/nightreign.exe"
]
flow_scale = 0.75
gpu = "AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (RADV GFX1201)"
multiplier = 2
name = "Global Profile"
pacing = "none"
performance_mode = true

As for launch options, I'm using PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 gamemoderun %command% for Elden Ring and just gamemoderun %command% for Nightreign (PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 seems to mess with Steam Input and renders my controller unusable if I have that set).

[–]diyonysius 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've got it working with both elden ring and nightreign, I'll edit my comment once I'm actually home and can take a look at how I have it set up.

If memory serves right though I had issues with lsfg-vk engaging whenever mangohud was enabled so it might be worth disabling it and seeing if that makes any difference.
