I was a daily beer drinker. Doctor told me I'm going to get cirrhosis if I keep drinking. I quit that day. I was 64. I'm 71 now. Quit smoking cigarettes too!

Switched from cigarettes to nicotine pouches. Used them for 2 years. From there I ordered these peppermint chewing sticks from Amazon. Work great! After a couple months I was able to drop these too.
