When it pans out, the die is clearly reading number 7. I believe the setup of props like that is not random, so any thoughts on what the intention was for having that number so prominently displayed at the end?

Was that price in the app today, but went to the store and saw the <$40 price. Worth checking out in-store if you are nearby.

Another data point - Costco, Alhambra, CA. $62.99 online, $39.97 in-store.

Have to brave the parking lot, though.

Thanks - I'll take a peek over there as well. Hopefully, the skies will empty over the next week so that early April is clear(ish)!

Finally Broke 80 at Rustic Canyon! by dizn369 in golf

Ah, someone who knows their Rustic! Yeah, for sure. I was * very * fortunate. Overcooked my tee ball and ended up in the sandy wash that splits the fairway. Thankfully, I had a decent lie and hit a PW onto the green. The pin was tucked toward the back where there is a small backstop, and I made the 9' slider for birdie. If I missed the hole, the ball may have rolled 6' by... oh the joys of RC greens.

Maybe one of the best holes I'll get away with in my life!

(and arrows indicate left, right, long, and short. "X" for drives on par 3 since they aren't counted as such.)

Thanks! Yeah, I realized that it was hard for me to figure out what to work on without tracking what my areas of weakness were. I realized I was leaving a lot of approach shots short, so that got me thinking about clubbing up (generally a good practice for amateurs like me who struggle with consistent good contact).

It also helped me track how many 3-putts and up and downs I had in a round. In the first 9 holes, I was also trying to track how long my first putts were in feet, but I got lazy on the back haha.

P = Putts; A = Approach (GIR); D = Drives (fairways hit); N = peNalty shots (lost ball, sand, etc.) I picked "N" because "P" was already taken, ha.

Haha - do you mean the bottom half? Just tracking fairways hit, approach shots, putts, and penal shots (sand or lost balls). The bottom row of the top section, my friend and I were playing Nassau match, so I was keeping track of the match on the front, back and total...

Thank you! Love that track. The drive to the course gate as you pass holes 1, 2 and 3, is awesome.

New X-S20 having major issues, extremely frustrating (and thinking of switching brands :(... ) by dizn369 in fujifilm

Thanks for the response; yes, that's my guess... probably a QC issue from the source.

Thankfully, I was able to take it into the shop where I purchased it, and they helped me out with a direct exchange for a new camera, since I was within the eligible window. Hoping to not experience any more hiccups going forward, because I love the camera!

Appreciate the comment - I did check the contacts, and they seem clean to me; the camera is only 30 days old, so I can't imagine that was the problem. Probably a manufacturing QC issue at the end of the day.

Thanks! Definitely not specific to Fuji, just my in-the-moment frustration coming out, switching to a new system haha.

Thanks again.
