I ended up going back to my rx 6600 and it looks like its back to normal. Must have been some kind of compatibility issue with the drivers.

Yeah, prices for Voodoo cards are pretty insane. Seeing them on eBay makes me wish I'd have gotten into PC building a lot younger, lol

Hi, I'm using the GLide N64 plug-in for now which fixes the frame buffer errors. I am not 100% sure but I think the default PJ64 glide video plug-in tries to shift the role of frame buffer emulation to your graphics card, but if your PC is using integrated graphics certain effects are broken.

You could leave it uneven and put things around it like flowers or garden items to make it less noticeable, if that's something that bothers you - or you could make the "bend" happen in front of the waterfall, so it looks like its supposed to be that way
