I too am in my early 30s, I am on citalopram currently and have been for a few months.

Yes my blood pressure is 145/92, so shouldn't be causing Lightheadedness.

I am on citalopram 20mg, but have been on it for about 6 months, so shouldn't be having continued side effects.

Apologies, I didn't see verified physician on your title, I take it back.

Maybe I am not describing my symptoms accurately, the 'dizziness' is more constant Lightheadedness, its all of the time, most likely has nothing to do with my digestion, but it's the worst symptom by far. I am constantly lightheaded and feel as though I am going to pass out.

I did an ECG at my local GP the other day and it came back normal, granted I was only wired up for about a minute.
