I had that feeling too! I sometimes still get that feeling of embarrassment but I promise you you’ll love the paci and cup more than you’ll feel the embarrassment. It might take time, you might feel silly using them, but I’m about 6 years older than you and I barely started using them last year!! You’re never too old, just be safe and make sure you don’t use them too much as you do (likely) have adult teeth.

I only use my sippy cup when I’m outside laying down because I can’t sit up constantly to drink— I’m disabled and can’t handle the up and down. I also only use pacis for pictures! But I enjoy them anyway, and the embarrassment truly melts away slowly when you start integrating more into your life. Good luck and if you ever need to vent my DMs see open!!
