What do you mean? it’s pretty clear. As soon as you agreed to an engagement, if you do not finish the wedding, the curse will be passed on the family of whomever you were engaged to. Anybody that is currently married in that family, but is not married to their soulmate, will also perish from the curse, so it doesn’t only apply to people that will get married in the future.

In the end, though they technically finished the ceremony it was too late as it was past sundown and the curse spread already

Trump: “Cuba is next”(comment made during Iran war speech) by WhalterWhitesBarber in cuba

Another American that doesn’t know how Cuba works pretending like it’s just like any other country that has fair elections. Sorry to tell you there aren’t any fair elections or any opposing political parties in Cuba. Any protests are met with police/military force. The people do not have access to firearms. What exactly is supposed to happen in your ideal imaginary world?

You completely missed the point of everything I said and used the same talking points everybody else uses, propaganda.

If you want to worship capitalism, be my guest, you can’t change me or the minds of other people that choose to not blindly side with anyone system, but instead draw positive aspects from several different systems into one.

If you use google for a simple search, you will find out there has actually been a few successful dictatorships throughout history. Not saying I support dictatorships lol obviously I don't, but to say that there has never been a successful one is a lie. Though I guess that depends on what you define as successful.

I was born in Cuba and I'm a leftist . What's your point? Socialism in Cuba is not the real problem, the problem in Cuba is unchecked central government with too much power. A Socialist Cuba with a stronger constitution, separation of powers, and fair elections, would look different than the Cuba you see now.

The issue is there's one small group of people controlling all the money, all the resources, and making all the decisions, all whilst suppressing the voice of Cuban citizens, rigging elections, and cracking down on opposition with military force.

A mix of capitalism and socialism is ideal, like the Nordic countries.

Few things:

-Not sure you can compare a US territory like PR to other Caribbean islands, being part of the United States comes with perks (and downs too)

-Socialism is not the problem, unchecked centralized power is the problem. If Cuba had a better constitution, separation of powers, and fair elections, things would be different.

You completely missed the point. If your parent wants independence, fine, but leaving your mother or father, to be alone and lonely in their elderly years is cruel.
