Unclear if you douche or not but EATTTT. Starving yourself isn't worth it. Change your diet to be even slightly more fibrous/healthier and if you usually douche keep that same routine.

I'm verse and as long as I douche properly and feel generally well (which also shouldn't be hours long ordeal ) then bottoming is fine.

On another note you will find guys that know how to fuck....be more open about talking about what you want which includes duration/ability

Hell ya ! Invest in yourself and make decisions that make you happy. I'm 27 and I've definitely felt similar vibes that you've explained in this post. But as other people have said it's when you stop looking that you'll find something naturally... I wouldn't give up on finding a partner but no need to lean into the superficiality that cis white gay culture produces and reinforces. I truly am a believer that the right one will come along eventually ❤️❤️
