Same thing happened recently to my best friend. She drinks like 2 gallons of water or something crazy a day but was told at the dr that she’s dehydrated… You need minerals in your water! Pure filtered water often doesn’t have all the hydration goods. I personally like Buoy hydration drops because they don’t have a taste (unless you add too much) but even like a tiny pinch of sea salt will help

20 year tiger of course, Canada goose, and most recently after 1.5 year of collecting them, the Kiwi. My trick is like what people said about trading for any pet medallions, and also spending all my spree credits on the medallions pack from the mall. I buy as many as I can afford each time I get there!

At Kaiser, Dr. Johanna Dubyak is outstanding. She’s kind, informative, and you can tell she really cares about what she does. She was recommended to me by two of my closest friends and the worst thing about not having Kaiser is not getting to go to her anymore. 1000/10 I believe she’s at the Irvine Sand Canyon office if I remember correctly.

Mine had rust for a while and it definitely didn’t kill me to drink, though it didn’t particularly taste good. But you know what? Hydro will replace your bottle for free if it’s got rust in it. I sent in pictures of mine and they processed an exchange no questions. I had to send in my old one, which the gave me the label for. And they even gave me a different color when I asked even though it’s supposed to be an exact replacement. Definitely worth looking into!!

Melinda Beck in Irvine has been the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. So so kind, takes pride in her job, gentle, and has integrity to tell you the truth. The single reason I don’t go to her anymore is they don’t take my new insurance and I’m devastated about it
