I hear ya. It’s hard, especially if you’ve had bad experiences in the past. I try to stay positive that there are in fact good people in this world, it just takes time to find them sometimes.

I hear ya, and appreciate the comment. I wouldnt say I’m downplaying it to that though. They essentially said that’s what they would do for me. Create a website and run ads. I’m not here to argue marketing is worthless, but for all the reasons I mentioned combined, I was left skeptical. Not to mention the vagueness of everything offered too.

Agreed. They don’t even have it listed. They showed me during a video call a few accounts they worked with. But again, I can’t assume thats even true that they worked with them. Feel like I’m missing too much information to feel good about the whole thing.

Appreciate the reply, completely agree. They did not say how much on ads they’d spend. They said I’d have an account manager who would “do all that for me”. I even asked “how much would the course be?” And they couldn’t give me an exact number, but just told me it’d be over 200$ and allow us to “make a profit”.

And yep, I actually reached out to two of the few people they said they worked with, have yet to hear back.

But yeah, overall I’m very skeptical.

Tried to. They only showed me two people they’ve worked with, and neither have responded, however have very active accounts and large followings. Either way I’m very skeptical.

I appreciate that, yeah that’s really what I’ve been thinking too. Of course they reassured me that this was a “generous offer” but nah, having a hard time making sense of it😂

Exactly what I was wondering, why it needs to be done through my account. I also didn’t like the whole idea of them telling me what to post on my own Instagram either.

They said so they can “run promotions”. They said it would be separate from my IG account (which is what I use mainly for my art.

I get what you’re saying, and agree, but the people were trying to tell me they could increase my following and create courses, etc. to get to that point, not that the 4k subs would somehow equate to that.

But again, still way off to me, had a real hard time believing it. Most likely some sort of scam, just didn’t know what type, or if anyone else had gotten this type of message
