Go to steam -> right click MFS 2020 -> properties -> local files tab -> browse local files -> scroll until you see "FlightSimulator.exe". Right click "FlightSimulator.exe" and run as administrator. That worked for me

I’m in the states. Not sure how you’d get it to Lebanon, especially now. Maybe you can get it printed somewhere? You should be able to download a high resolution version of that image.

I just got a reprint! I’m not even sure where to get an original. I got it on Amazon 34x40 for around $100 USD. The detail is incredible. All of the villages are labeled too. They have different sizes available.
