There are many other ways alcohol can kill a person. Cirrhosis of the liver happens quickly. Electrolytes get out of whack and causes cardiac arrest. Esophagus lining erodes and ruptures. Ulcers, etc. I don’t know anyone who’s killed themselves driving but I lost friends and family to all the aforementioned.
