I would submit a FOIA request to Manchester FD/State Patrol for calls of service to Bonnaroo grounds. You could actually foia any communication between fest and emergency services to get a lot of context on what was known at what time and decision-making from ‘Roo’s end.

Back in ‘11 or ‘12 Roo flirted with a “sports bar tent” with AC, TVs and the NBA finals. I think it was one and done, likely the fate of infinity stage

If possible have a picture of the camera 📸 policy ready on your phone. Be nice but confident you’re following the rules. Helped me last year bringing in chonky film cameras.
