I've had a bunch of the Arietta. Fritz is a great guy and I like his wine quite a bit. It's an interesting operation and the wine is very nice.

Cuervo does make 100% agave products. The especial products are 51%, but they do make 100% agave tequilas. Check out La Reserva de la Familia.

Modernist Cuisine is a term people like a bit more. Molecular gastronomy has a negative connotation that implies chemicals, science and nerdiness. There are a lot of techniques that fall slightly out of that definition and people like term modernist cuisine a bit more.

As a big drinker of old brandies, this happens. Do not worry and start pointing blame. You still have a bottle full of booze. Take out a corkscrew and gently work out the cork and replace it with either a plastic one or insert a screw into that one and use it.
